1) Little slow loading, but I've been experiencing lag lately anyways.
2) I like the intro page layout.  Very neat and clean.  
3) I'm a frames addict trying to get off it, but I think these frames
you used are very tasteful and help add to the page format.
4) Continuity is good between the pages.

I can't really find anything that I really DONT like about this page. 
I don't really know if this helps much as a critique, but I really like
it.

Ah!  Found something:
Perhaps a back button or a java scripted back for the under
construction areas.  Since the manual toolbar is gone, some newer
surfers may get hung up there.   You never know.

Just for yucks, becuase I remember seeing it the other day, check out
this spot for a really nice font called FederationClassicMovie, I think
you'll like it :-)
