Critique request

	Here's my first attempt at an "official" looking website.

	This site is a little short on the overall information due to the
vacation the University is currently under, but I was hoping to get
some comments on the navigation and look of the site in it's current
state.  

	Things to be aware of:  The University has set some "standards of
uniformity" and I can't really do much about the color schemes that
have been used.  Also, the initial graphics (menu background, UMAINE
logo and the gradient logo background) are part of the standard, I can
only change the looks of the words placed on them.
