Thanks for pointing that out, it causes the problem in Netscape 6, I'm
working on it.... :-)

First, let me say that, regarding your dilemma with your boss, my
expertise is more technically inclined rather than marketing; and this
appears to be a marketing aspect of your site.

You said:
>From looking at popular sites like Amazon I seem to be correct.

You can't really compare your site to Amazon's. Amazon sells someone
else's product, they have none of their own (that I'm aware of). Amazon
as a company is less relevant than the products they sell and their
prices. It isn't apparent on your home page that your sell products at
all. Your main focus on the home page is the services you provide. So I
must assume that the products you sell are secondary to the services. As
the purchasor of services such as yours for my own employer, the
reputation of your company and your potential longevity would be
extrememly important to me. In that regard, I must agree with your
boss.

However, you're About page doesn't deliver that information to me, nor
does it entice me to look further. At first, I didn't even realize there
was further to go. It would be better to expand the navigation bar
rather than replace it. It was only when I decided to use the navigation
bar to return to the previous page (rather than the backspace key) that
I realized that it had changed.

Back to my field of expertise.

Technically, your site is well formed and easy on the eyes. My browser
of choice is Mozilla 1.1. I am using a P4 1.8GHz, Windows 2000 Pro,
1280x1024, sDSL. The site loads almost instantanously in my
environment.

There is a bug in Mozilla which causes a big problem on your tertiary
pages. Mozilla tends to give <div> and <p> tags a clear: both;
attribute. For instance, on your IT Project Services page, the content
begins below the Novell PartnerNet logo. I'm not sure if there is a work
around that doesn't create problems in older browsers. Perhaps someone
with Netscape 7 can look to see if it inherited this problem.

I commend you for you use of the <acronym> tag.

You might want to add a margin to your top banner. The search button
and the Printable anchor are kissing the edge of the window.

Again, my comments on marketing and design should carry little weight.
That's not my field of expertise.
