Please,please review my site...

I am not getting any responses to my last request for a review of
http://helius.carroll.com/p/kdail. I am a graphic design student and I am
designing this site to learn how to do it. If I do well I may get to create
a site for a dept. at my school.
Please, I need the feed back. My old site was reviewed, and I got a lot of
help and suggestions. Well now I have implemented many of those
suggestions, and I want to know how I am doing. Overall impression, loading
time, layout etc. I have tried to make it ok for low and high resolutions,
and text browsers but I am not sure if I did it right.
