Basically the same as before. The best part about this layout is
that it works consistently with different resolutions. The worst part about
this layout is that it eliminates visitors using non-frame browsers. Maybe
a non-frame version is in the works?

>-navigation

Well, downloading pages that don't yet have any info still
irritates me, but otherwise, navigation is simple and direct.

>-content

This site just keeps growing. However, the grammar, even on
existing pages, is still very bad. Before you expand any more, I would
suggest that you thoroughly review the text. In the several pages I
reviewed, there were quite a few grammar errors, and several instances
where I just couldn't understand what you were trying to say.
Have you considered using a form instead of mailto links?
Typically, visitors are more likely to respond to a form than a mailto
link, especially in cases like your site, where specific information is
being requested from the e-mailer. If you remain with the mailto link,
consider putting your address in text as well (ie, "email me at:
quickboy(at)geocities.com"). There are quite a few reasons why printing your
address is important; read through some of the critique archives for more
info.

My comments from my first critique of this site still stand. This
site is very ambitious and has a fair amount of content; just keep working
on improving the grammar and browser accessability. Good luck!
