I'm on a PowerMac 9600/300 64MB RAM 33.6 modem, at 1129 EST USA:

NNC 4.0.4 - 28 seconds , everything worked as I think you intended
IE 3.0.1 - 38 seconds - no mouse-overs, little white hand appears for
entire page don't see "Tell Us About it ;-)
NN 3.0.1 - 2:15 to load, but everything works

Killing the browsers options for loading images, Java and JavaScript - the
spoke doesn't appear, just the text links to the left and right (e-mail,
guestbook, etc.) No alternatives?
