critique of new quilt guild site

I apologize for those of you who saw this, but it didn't make it back 
to my mail box ( and it should have) so I didn't think the whole list 
saw this. I also added this critique checklist at the bottom. Thank 
you to the few who have responded.

This is my first complete website. Our quilt guild will be told about 
this site tomorrow night. I would appreciate your comments and 
suggestions.

I'm curious if the tiled "textile" background can be seen on 
Netscape. It doesn't show on mine, but many others have reported they 
can see it.

I'm also curious if the two pop up pictures on the Rescue page and 
LKPT page come up with a border around the picture.
