I agree with all the points made by Cindy above; in my
opinion, her perspective as a former GBer and Guild officer
make her ideally suited to comment on these kinds of issues
-- and I urge everyone to consider what she says very
carefully.  She has probably thought about, and knows more
about, what it takes to make a good GB than nearly anyone
else around.
