You're right about the GB's role in this list -- we're not
really here to discuss "how to run the Guild", but rather because
we want to know how the _candidates_ would run the Guild...both
because the current GBers are voting members, and more importantly
perhaps, because -we- are the ones who will have to work most
closely with whomever gets elected.
But to correct one thing -- the GB isn't even "mostly"
required to address issues raised on hwg-ops; participation by
GBers on -ops is purely voluntary. Some of us like it, some
don't, but it's not required that we do _anything_ with hwg-ops,
not even read it.
