Good question Nancy, thanks. I am very interested in participating in -ops
discussions that impact the direction of the Guild. I have stated before
that the Guild's name recognition is important to me. If I can help as a
mentor, now that the program is running again, I would be interested in
that.

I also saw that the GB decided my suggestion here on -elections about
researching grants was worth pursuing. If elected to GB, I will definitely
help there as best as I can. If not, I will submit an application for the
position. A while back I sent e-mail in response to that call for a Grant
Researcher, but haven't had a response. I have a lot of connections at work
at the University. I think I can really help in that area.
