hello i have been directed here from hwg-basics.....

OK, the problem is that the images are not created by me, =
apparently..'stealing' images is a big no-no in webpage design.......i =
am very interested in creating my own images of the type =
used.....however since i am and always have been crap at art, can you =
recommend a good easy to learn graphics app. and possibly tutorials to =
with it?
