Bryce 3D users - How to make a ripple?

I am frequently making Bryce pictures with seas, lakes and stuff.. I have
often seen on the designs of other Users that they added these ripples at
the bottom of the objects placed in the water.

Could someone of you please tell me how to make them? I already got the
advice to use a so called zigzag filter of Photoshop.. but once I am using
the german version of Photoshop I didn't succied in finding this filter..

I would really appreciate it if you could help me!
