Adobe VS Corel (PhotoShop VS Photpaint)

In recent magazine articles, Corel Photopaint 7 is rated as being *better*
than Adobe PhotoShop 4.
A lot of people on the list seem to use PhotoShop, but I was wondering if
anyone has had experience using both programs, and if so, which one they
preferred.

Also, how well do PhotoShop plugins work with Photopaint?
