Hi,
I viewed the page in question in IE5.0, Navigator 3.0, and Navigator 4.06
in 800x600 and 1024x768 resolution with 16bit color, and the graphics are
fine, they don't jump when I move my mouse over the links, as you mentioned.
Perhaps this happens on a slower machine? I tested on a Pentium 200 with 64
Megs of RAM.
Wait, I see what you mean! If I STARE at the technician button, and move the
mouse over the other buttons while I CONTINUE TO STARE AT THE TECHNICIAN
button, the other buttons appear to jump when I move the mouse over them.
This is more a result of my eyes playing tricks on me rather than a bug in
your code. I have noticed a similar effect on webpages that have bright red
or blue text on a black background: if I move my eyes quickly over the text,
the text appears to dance or hover.
If the effect still drives you crazy, why not use the color scheme on the
http://www.integratedonline.com homepage instead of the red on black scheme?
It's a lot easier on the eyes than red text on a black background.
