    No PSP is good, I used to use it until PhotoPaint
(Corel) became decent and I bought PhotoShop. I've found the
best way to scan these things was to do it at double the
display size (so 100DPI on your 6"x4" photos - will make
them 600x400) and do all my editing then resize them down.
