I 'think' this is what you may be looking for...
<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="8;URL=jump">

Place that code in the <head> section of your document. The "8" will make
the page jump in 8 seconds...so change it accordingly. The URL is the page
or url to which you want to jump.
