client update form

I have two clients that would like to have pages on their web site that they
can update with weekly or monthly reports.  Neither of them know anything
about HTML, not even how to put <p> to start a new paragraph :)

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to make an updateable form
that is like a word processor, automatically formatting paragraphs if they
want to write their own reports for the web site.  Is there a service like
Guestworld for guestbooks that has updateable forms online I could use?
