Kent,
For windows 95/98/NT look at
http://www.winfiles.com/apps/98/font.html
Right click a *.ttf file in explorer and OPEN is an option.
You can view the font that way.

Subject: viewer question
Hello,
Does anyone out there know of a good free or shareware viewer
for fonts, that will allow one to view fonts before installing on the
computer.
I have hundreds un installed, because if installed you must view the
long list in every application you run using fonts.
