As always (if you are a PC person) go to
http://www.winfiles.com/apps/
Choose your flavour of 32 bit windows, and then
Multimedia and graphics tools, Graphics cataloging tools.
Scroll down till something catches your eye,
download and test. If pain persists, see your doctor.
