FYI, if I had been able to already come up with the answers to my q's, I
would not have asked it to begin with.  It would be not entirely accurate to
not make the best use of available resources.  Since I have not been able to
come up with the correct answers yet, I considered "the list" to be my next
best alternative.  As I mentioned last time, I understand the explanations
about web safe colors that I have seen thus far.  It's just that none of
these explanations have answered the specific questions I posted to the
list.
