What's best plug-in for carved-in-sand?

Hi!

I am creating a cruise web site that has a beach sand background.  I would
like the heading and possibly the links to look like they were carved into
the sand.  I'm thinking a 'carved', 'etched' or 'embossed' look is what I
need.

I'd like to use a Photoshop plug-in to save time.  I have Flaming Pear's
Blade Pro and Ulead's Cool 3D.  I'm considering buying Abode ImageStyler, or
Extensis PhotoTools (which has photo emboss), or Alien Skin Eye Candy (which
has carve).

Which one would be the best one to use to create the carved in sand effect I
need? Or is there a better one I haven't thought of?
