Re: "Yellow Highlighter" Effect in Paint Shop Pro 5.03?

Try adding a layer on top, then use the rectangle selection tool and select
a rectangle around the area you want to highlight. Then flood fill the
rectangle with whatever color you want to use, then adjust the opacity of
the layer 'till it looks good.
