Who ever said that the background has to be a big graphic!?

I did some experiments with animated "table" background and guess what, M$IE
has problems displaying them properly. M$IE 3 would not show anything at all
and M$IE 4 had only a PARTIAL animation ?!?!

I would love to hear what other browsers could or could not display it
properly
