Greetings,

Too much blinking stuff.  You need to take into account that you have a
moving banner ad plus your stuff.

If it were mine -
Only have the logo move if that's what you want to put emphasis on.
Make the navigation a part of the whole page, right now it's too different.

Graphics look great and load fine!
