Do you know if this tool will also work on Photoshop version 4.0 sifting

Thanks for your response. I checked out the site and downloaded the
action.  Actually I can create this, it's a shiny chrome effect.

 I've played around with different metal effects that I know, but what I
can't seem to find what I'm really looking for. I'd like a dull gold or
silver metal look, not  brushed but a little duller than the chrome.
