Dawn,

I have been following the color discussion closely and have seen the websafe
palette suggested by other writers as well.
I don't understand why the recommendation of specific color range and yet I
come across in many occasions web sites with such rich and abundant colors
displayed perfectly. An example that I admire so much is the logo image
http://www.prince-of-egypt.com/ for the Prince of Egypt cartoon movie. I
find it so fascinating to see such a rich combination of colors to create
the effect on this image.

-How do we create this effect ( blend of colors/pixels) with any other color
hue ?
-Are all the colors used in this image considered web safe according to
Visibone Color Lab ?
-What sources would you recommend I search in to gain a solid foundation of
color study, especially creating rich effects like Prince of Egypt for the
web?

Cheers,

Felix
