Go to www.download.com and look for GIF Construction Set. It's shareware,
can make a color in GIF transparent, plus animated GIFs.
I would think most up to date graphics programs would have a way to save
GIFs with transparency, check and see when you Save As and see if there
isn't an Options to select from.
