Felipe,
First of all, I don't know if you already know this but you must use .gif
rather than .jpg in order to have transparency.  After you create your
image, when you export it to the .gif format, you will get a Gif Export
Popup box.  At the bottom of the box you will see Transparency and the
choices None and Image Color.  Click on Image Color and then you can
designate the color you wish to be transparent by using the eyedropper and
picking it on the image, by choosing the color from color table provided, or
by giving the RGB settings of the color.
