Photoshop/Graphics tablet problems

Hi
I'm using a Genius 1212HR2 graphics tablet with PhotoShop, and I notice that
in any other application, the tablet works the way I have set it up in
Windows Control panel, but when I run PhotoShop my tablet suddenly becomes
more sensitive and is a mission to use :)
I haven't found any preferences/settings where I can adjust this
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a known fix/workaround??
