I agree with Elizabyth (even though I ALMOST misspelled her name...lol). =
 I have done some pretty good graphics with PSP and Corel PhotoPaint.  =
Check out http://www.auto-sales.com .  Photoshop is good, but quite =
expensive compared to some other quality programs around.

    An outrageous pricetag!!!   Go with Paintshop Pro for now. If you =
decide that you need to be a professional graphics designer and inflate =
your ego, then go spend the bucks for Photoshop. I've seen really good =
graphics (and really horrible ones) done with both. I use Paintshop Pro5 =
and do alright.=20
