Weird Picture - Answer

Peter,

I checked it out.  You appear to have a 640 x 480 graphic as the background
of your top frame.  Since I browse the web at 1024 x 768 resolution, the
graphic appears quite tiled.  I'm afraid it will appear tiled to anyone
viewing your page at a higher resolution than 640 x 480.
