Actually, the way I read this was that the time for the ease in which we all
started out programming for the web MAY be over. This applies to all of us,
not just the old timer or the beginner. There is always room for all.

Now software is getting so sophisticated and the web more demanding of high
end programming that the time for the popular MS tool casual user MAY indeed
be coming to a close if they do not learn the nifty nuances of the tool they
are using. It is our managers, directors, BOD's, and the like that hire many
of us that are driving the changes as they evolve simple websites into
WebCommerce sites.

BUT for the sites that are from pure research, for play, for personal neto
nifty things, there is still room for those of different levels of skills.
It is the perfect play ground to learn and evolve.

That is what it happening and that is what I read into that post. That the
'net is evolving and we are too. Each at our own pace and for our own
reasons. I do not expect all of you to be web commerce savvy no more than
you are expecting me to walk on the moon.

Sincerely,
