Mac Quark To PC Pagemaker

Hi all.

An associate company has work produced in Quark on Macintosh computers that
I wish to convert into web pages.

Our company uses PCs and whilst it doesn't have Quark it does have
Pagemaker.

What are my options for converting this work so that I can make use of it in
Photoshop and HomeSite.
