Dicer is nice (and free) but if you've got some money to drop (or just want
to use the demo version), try ULead's Smart Saver Pro.  It does everything
Dicer does, but you have more control over the cut lines.  It uses colspan
and rowspan in its tables, so you can have blocks that are somewhat
irregularly shaped.  And it throws in image compression and some other
stuff.
