Anytime you increase the size of something it will get jagged or fuzzy
(talking bitmaps).

I'd suggest this: delete the text altogether, do your resizing/resampling,
and then place large text in the new graphic. Try it with anti-alias box
checked and unchecked and see what works best.

Perhaps just redoing the text without antialias will solve the problem.
