I think what you are looking for is a favicon--it is a customized graphical
iconic bookmark so to speak.
If type "favicon" into a search engine the url and you will get all the info
from the websites
I have included this tutorial url to get you started.

I believe it is an IE5 thing only. But many many personal and commercial
sites are branding in this fashion.
