Lonna,

I'm not really sure if I understand properly, but I use Image styler all the
time for making images that are joined together. Are you wondering how to
make the image be sliced where you want it to? I don't know if this is the
'right' way, but all I do is make a rectangle the same colour as the
background after I've made my final images. Then I 'send to back' and
position it where I want and at the size I want the final image to be.
Then I save just the rectangle. The export properties I would use for a
gif are: deselect the check box for "make page" and then from the dropdown
menu next to that I change it to "trimmed composition" (not autoslice).
I take note of the coordinates of this rectangle and if there is another
image adjoining it, I make another rectangle the same way and make sure the
coordinates of it are exactly correct to line up with the first. i.e. if
there were two images, one above the other, they would both have the same x
coordinate, and the bottom image would have a 'y' coordinate equal to the
height of the first image, plus the y coordinate of the first image.

Anyhow, this works just great for me and I can decide where I want the
images sliced...as well as make them as small as I want to.

Let me know if you still have questions.

Regards,

Heather
