My 2 cents worth.

It would seem to me that when it comes to the use of Fonts either as used in
a GIF/JPEG/PNG or in the case of Dynamic Fonts, that if you acquired the
fonts legitimately, you purchased the license to use them.  There would
appear to me to be no difference whether you used the fonts to create a
poster, a product label or a web page, the technology used to deliver the
"art" may be different, but the end result is the same.

Also, it has already been noted that in the creation of Dynamic Fonts (in
either incarnation, Netscape's or IE's) security features are being
implemented so that outside sources cannot "borrow" the reference files
required.  Microsoft in particular appear to take this concern quite
seriously.  None-the-less, if you own the license, the fonts are yours to
use...right?
