plugin.dll

I am in search of the website that offered a downloadable link for the
plugin.dll file. I know it exists, for I have downloaded it before.
Unfortuantely, I was having a new hard drive installed, and the person
that was doing this for me, was using a software program called Drive
Copy to copy my old hard drive contents to my new hard drive. Guess
what? I lost my entire hard drive contents. Over 360,000 files and
folders just disappeared :-(

I am desperately working trying to recover some of my files and folders,
and the plugin.dll is on the top of my list now. I have finally got PSP5
reinstalled, and now find that I need to download the plugin.dll again
in order for some of my plugins to work.

Any kind souls out there that could possibly point me in the right
direction?
