Page Stealing

The United States Federal Trade Commission has successfully obtained a
preliminary injunction against a company accused of stealing other people's
high-ranking pages and submitting them to search engines in hopes of
misleading consumers and capturing traffic. This is the first time a
government agency has intervened in such a dispute. See the news release or
