Compiling a list of www resources

Hi gang :)

I'm compling a list of URL's to useful resources on the WWW, and would just
check to see if you guys have any preferences to any sites out there that
you've found useful.

What I would like is URL's to site's containing helpfull tutorials and
other relevent material, tricks, and tips concerning webdesign development
tools, with emphasis on graphical tools and HTML development. Also sites
with information concerning the more business related aspect and history
aspect of the world wide web and webdesign has interest. So, email me with
whatever you have at ar(at)businessnet.dk and I'll post the URL for the
completed list once I find it comprehensive enough :)
