Cheryl,

Sounds like your client is viewing with compressed graphics. Tell him/her to 
go to My AOL (in 4.0, 5.0, or "Members" in 3.0) > preferences > www > web 
graphics and then UNcheck the box. AOL messes with everyone's graphics unless 
this box is UNchecked.
