PSP4.x has a built in browser that does just that. In earlier versions it
was a separate program outside the image program, but now it is
incorporated. You can obtain PSP3.x if you want a standalone browser.
In both cases, all the image files are displayed as thumbnails, and it is a
manager as well, allowing you to move, rename, delete, etcetera.
