I am not sure whether this is the proper forum or not, however I am seeking a
couple of good graphic artists, who can assist on a project for the design of
Theme's for Microsoft's FrontPage.  I have obtained the copyright license from
three well known artists.  The developement I need is coordinate banners,
buttons and backgrounds, using these pieces of art as the foundation.  If
