In my best understanding I second Clifford's statement.

I'd advise your client to seek the advice of a trademark/copyright attorney
and
take it from there. However, from my limited experience, I wouldn't worry
about
it too much. If the other place sues after the lawyer says OK, then it's no
longer your issue.>>
