Hi Eric, No, I'm saying that people can steal your work if they want, and that there is no way you can secure it. Comparing the WWW with a museum or other public expo is imho wrong, since you as a fact has no, or very limited control on who is visiting your pages! (Even so, there are still people stealing from the museums) All I wanted/tried to state in my first mail regarding this topic, were that if you can't handle people stealing your work don't bother putting it on the net. Yes it's wrong to steal, but because it's so darn easy to do it with a few rightclicks, a lot of people does it, not thinking about the consequences. The matter is a little diffrent when it comes to physical things such as paintings hanging on a wall, don't you agree? I'd like to thank Shawn Doyle for that URL (http://www.clari.net/brad/copymyths.html) posted to the list the other day, which in my case answerd a few questions I'd been wanting to ask :) And btw; this letter is copyrighted 1998 Anders Rasmussen ;) -- #Anders Rasmussen -Graphic|D e s i g n -http://www.letstalk.dk/anders ---------- > From: Eric Matthews <ericeric(at)cris.com> > Date: 12. februar 1998 08:05 > > You're kidding, right? It's called stealing.
