multimedia authoring suite

Does anyone have a favorit multimedia authoring suite for CD-ROM's, etc..  I'm
about to purchase Macromedia Director, but was wondering if that is the best
choice.  Also, if I bought Director, do I still need Metacreation's Infini-D
4.5?  Basically these are for my newest service- CD-ROM Business Cards.  Check
