There is a very easy solution to your problem if it is a gif file. This
won't work with a jpeg. But if it is a gif then using paint shop pro's
eye dropper looking tool (color selector) right click on the color that
you want to change. This will bring that color up as the fore ground
color in the box at the right hand side of the screen.
Now go and double click on that color box. This will bring up the color
pallete and specifically highlight the color you are interested in
changing. Now double click on the highlighted color, it should bring up
the full color pallet. Just choose the color you would rather it be.
Say ok and it will automatically replace all instances of that color
with the new color. If you don't like the new one, pick a different one
until you are done.
