img not showing right

Hello all
  I have looked through the achrives have not come up an answer for my question, which is:  I have an image that is a logo that is to come up on the top frame of this webpage, but there is a a bunch of space avove it, and below that I cannot get rid to tighten up that space w/out having to scroll for the whole img.  I have tried shrinking/resampling the img to, but still that extra space.  Any ideas on what to do?
