Lost Gold Text

I found a free plug-in or action for Photoshop 4 one time for making 
gold text.  A while ago, my PS4 crashed and I had to reinstall the whole 
thing.  That wiped out all my plug-ins and actions (dummy me for not 
backing up).  I wonder if anyone had seen such plug-in or action that 
will do the title text shown in the following URL.  The glitters are 
after-effects added later.
